For Patterns Purchased: Patterns will be emailed to you within 24 hours of payment being received.
For Quilts Purchased: I use Australia Post and will ship your article within 2 days of receiving your order. Quilts are sent by 'registered mail' and 'express international post' for overseas orders. International post generally takes 7-10 days

Refunds and Exchanges: If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase we can provide a full refund (excluding shipping fees) if the item is returned in it's original condition within 12 days.
Custom items are non-refundable.
